周吉芳副教授， 2009年毕业于上海交通大学医学院（七年制临床医学法文班）， 2016年获美国密歇根大学卫生政策与管理公共卫生硕士学位， 2020年在美国伊利诺伊大学芝加哥分校药学院获得了卫生经济学与药物流行病学博士学位，研究领域覆盖临床医学、卫生经济学、卫生政策和卫生管理理论。硕士招生方向：药物流行病学、卫生服务研究。主讲课程：药物流行病（硕士）、公共政策概论（硕士）、生物统计原理（本科）。主要进行以下三个方面的研究：
1）首先是建立中国人群的大规模临床肿瘤流行病学研究平台。研究组在整合并使用医疗病历、保险数据库和基因组、蛋白质等各种组学数据的基础上，建立面向临床的队列研究与特殊病例登记库，进行回顾性分析科研项目。通过从真实世界证据中提炼出我国人群的各种定量指标，支持药物经济学、卫生政策分析等其他科研项目。
2）其次是基于真实世界数据挖掘的药品使用依从性、有效性和安全性分析。课题组将探索人工智能技术在医疗体系中的价值，在自动化证据生成，药物不良反应预警，以及高效管理患者全生命周期医疗健康数据和全场景主动式药物治疗管理方面提供对策。
3）最后是开展高价值耗材、药品与诊疗技术的卫生经济学评估。在综合考量政府、病人群体、医疗服务机构的需求前提下，卫生经济学评估能为高值医疗服务和产品给出各方能够接受的公允价格，在政府医保机构决策、企业的市场准入以及医疗服务监管中发挥积极作用。
